Custom Orders — Thermoplastic + Upholstered Chairs and Furniture 

All of our custom furniture is made to order and the typical production time is 3 to 8 weeks. This can vary based on size of order, shipping location, specifications, etc. Please inquire for specific shipping quotes, but we do not guarantee shipping dates. For all of our custom orders with upholstered furniture, we will send samples before orders are confirmed so that the customer is satisifed with the color and feel of the upholstery.

We must receive payment before custom orders are sent in. Once production has finished, our team will email you with the estimated arrival as well as the tracking information. 

If a loading dock is not available, then there will be an extra charge for a truck with a liftgate. 

There are no returns for all custom orders.
 

Ready to Ship + Waiting Room Toy Orders

After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email with your order. Our team will reach out within 3-5 business days with an estimated shipping date for your order. Specific estimated lead times for our ready to ship and waiting room toy products will be listed on their product pages. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking by email

Return Policy for Waiting Room Toys

Please email info@pediatricofficefurniture.com for any return requests. 

Return authorizations will not be issued on products shipped 90 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.
